The difference is that in GCTI, you will be guided to engage in [Interdisciplinary Learning], developing a second expertise. How do you do that?
A. First, you will learn basic interdisciplinary skills, which include discussing global issues, conducting cross-cultural communication, possessing digital skills, and knowing how to tell stories.
B. Then, through participation in at least one professional communication programs, you start to explore your second expertise.
C. After that, you can decide whether to continue developing your second expertise or to combine it with a related third expertise, becoming T-shaped or π-shaped talents!
D. Will your foreign language skills deteriorate? No! Language learning is a lifelong endeavor, as long as you have opportunities to use your foreign language skills, you will continue to learn and improve your foreign language communication abilities! Through internships, project production, and language certification, you will better understand how to carry the skills and competencies you have learned with you!
